There are great songs throughout the majority of the early Jim Henson output. At some point in the 80s all of these people seem to have lost their footing & the product becomes boring & irrelevant.

I don't even know if this one takes place in Chicago, it could be New York, it could be an imaginary city. Either way, the obvious choice is that musical Chicago, but, i haven't seen it! Ha ha. Bugsy Malone is absolutely one of my favorite movies of all time, so it doesn't matter.
